4. Test a different website or online activity
The problem may be with the app, service, or website you’re trying to access. If only one website or service is acting up, your connection is probably fine.
5. Check for an outage
If the problem is on your internet provider’s end, you can’t do anything to fix it. Make sure to check for outages before getting too deep into your troubleshooting efforts.
